In June, the Kunshan leadership team officially launched a series of new training events. The theme of the kick-off session was “Management by Objectives and Performance Management,” led by Michael Liu, Don Liu, Fiona Yi, Helen Ding, and Fan Wu.

Conducted in a relaxed atmosphere, the training allowed participants to explain topics to one another that they had discussed in external training sessions.

The goals of the overall training programs are to:

  • Share specialized internal knowledge
  • Share external industrial knowledge

Two study sessions are held every month, each running under 30 minutes. Department managers invite members to participate according to current work arrangements.

The plant’s human resources team is managing sign-ups and refreshments. Everyone agreed that sharing in this type of setting should occur more often.
